Dr. Gail Bradley

Dr. Bradley attended the University of Arizona for both her undergraduate and medical degrees.  She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Maricopa Medical Center in 2006, and has worked as an Emergency Physician at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center (BTMC) since that time. 

 

Rob Brewster, Assistant Chief

Robert Brewster is a Assistant Chief for the City of Peoria Fire and Medical Department. He has 28 years of experience in the fire service and is dedicated to developing effective peer support and resiliency programs.

Fire Chief Tom Dwiggins

Board Member

Chief Dwiggins has served the citizens of Chandler as a member of the Chandler Fire Department for over twenty years. During that span, he has filled every sworn position within the department, being promoted to the rank of Fire Chief 2016. Highlights of Chief Dwiggins career include serving as a member of the department’s special operation team, directing the first ever City of Chandler paramedic academy, and leading the Training Division in training hundreds of local firefighters.

Jim Hayden

Board Member

Jim is the CEO and Founder of EMS Advisors, a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in the world of EMS. Starting in the industry as an EMT, Jim learned going to peoples’ houses on the worse day of their lives isn’t an easy job. He learned later that people are the key to the organization’s success and became the company’s first Union President; and later led every facet of the operation, managing thousands of employees and millions of dollars in revenue.

 

Will Humble

Board Member

Will Humble is a long-time public health enthusiast, and is currently the Executive Director for the Arizona Public Health Association (AzPHA). His 30 years in public health include more than 2 decades at the Arizona Department of Health Services, where he served in various roles including as the Director from 2009 to 2015.  He continues it be involved in health policy in his role with AzPHA and as Adjunct Faculty with the UA Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.  

Glenn Kasprzyk

Glenn Kasprzyk is the Regional Chief Operations Officer for American Medical Response (AMR) overseeing operations in Arizona and New Mexico. AMR is the largest private ambulance company providing integrated emergency medical services in 40 states and transports more than 4.8 million patients per year.

Marc Lieb, M.D., J.D.

Board Member

Marc Leib is both a physician and an attorney. He has a history of strong leadership in Arizona's medical community. Dr. Leib is the former Chief Medical Officer of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona’s Medicaid Program. In that capacity, he helped determine the clinical policies governing the care provided to over 1.5 million Arizona residents in AHCCCS. Dr. Leib was the longest serving CMO in AHCCCS history, having served in that position for just over ten years.

 

Dara N. Rampersad, Ph.D., LPC, NCC

Board Member

Dr. Dara Rampersad is a licensed psychologist in both Arizona and Hawaii, and specializes in first responder crisis intervention. He is certified in Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) as a CIT Coordinator, and is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), and FBI- Crisis Negotiator Teams (CNT). In addition, Dr. Rampersad is licensed as a professional counselor in Arizona and Colorado, and is nationally board certified in counseling, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.

CAPT Terri Rodzevik, DNP, FNP-BC, ENP-C

CAPT Terri Rodzevik is a Commissioned Officer and Nurse Executive in the United States Public Health Service. She is a former Army medic and Army Nurse Corps Officer. She received a Doctor of Nursing Practice from George Washington University. She is a certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner currently assigned to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and works for the Indian Health Service (IHS) at Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Leilani Olson is a Client Relationship Manager and Marketing Specialist for Board Developer. She has a love of traveling and has worked in countries such as Singapore and Israel in the marketing industry. Her experience has been heavily involved in helping startups and working with international companies. 

Emma Hayden

Emma Hayden, Firefighter

Board Member

Emma Hayden is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Firefighter for the City of Scottsdale Arizona. She has a passion for helping others and being part of EMShlep.org she can assist with being a part of a truly meaningful cause. Emma is an Arizona native and is a graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.
